Music is for everyBODY

Music has the unique power to bring people of all abilities together, fostering a sense of community and shared experience. When the energy of a live performance intermingles with the energy of the crowd, a magical bubble of inclusivity, celebration, and joy envelops us all.

Shine Music, a 501c3 nonprofit that raises awareness for inclusion and accessibility in the live music industry, created Live Music Notes to provide ADA information on venues across the US.

Together, we can make sure everyBODY has access to the power of live music!

What is a Shine Empowered Venue?

Since 2019, Shine Music has worked with various organizations that support the disabilty communities to find ways to remove barriers that prevent individuals from being a part of the collective community live music creates. By combining the staples of a typical music festival, comprehenshive accessibility plans, and cutting-edge adaptive technology, we have successfully created barrier-free live music events that are made for all.

In partnership with hundreds of music lovers with physical, neurological, auditory, sensory, and visual accessibility needs, we've created plans that give everyone access to live music.

If you are a venue that wants to open your doors to all people, contact us today to learn how to get your name on the Shine Empowered Venue list.
